Service
Postpilot publishes posts to the social-media platforms you connect, drafts captions with AI, surfaces engagement analytics, and provides a unified inbox where the platform APIs allow.
Account
You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that violate platform terms or local laws.
Plans and billing
Plans are described at /pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free.
Trial
The 14-day Pro trial requires no credit card. After 14 days the account moves to Free unless you have selected a paid plan. Posts are paused, never deleted.
Acceptable use
No spam, no scraping, no automation that violates the platform terms of Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress, or Reddit. No content that violates GDPR or local laws.
Liability
Postpilot is provided as-is during MVP. We are liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or platform-side outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is the courts competent for the registered business address.
Severability
If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. The parties agree to replace the unenforceable clause with an enforceable equivalent.
